1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the Nocap website. By placing an order with Nocap, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Services

Nocap sells accessories as described on the product pages within the website. We strive to present product information as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, colors, information, and prices are always completely accurate.

3. Agreement and Orders

An agreement is established when an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse orders without providing a reason or to request additional information.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices on the website are expressed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment can be made using one of the methods indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Nocap aims to ship orders within the delivery times indicated on the website. Exceeding the estimated delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.

Potential Additional Costs.
Additional charges such as VAT or import duties may apply and can be assessed by customs upon delivery. These fees are determined by the regulations of your country and are the responsibility of the customer. If this occurs, please contact us via email, and we will ensure that you are reimbursed for these costs.

6. Retention of Ownership

Ownership of products, despite actual delivery, is transferred to the customer only after the customer has fulfilled all payment obligations under any agreement with NoCap.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty and Liability

Nocap provides a warranty on products in accordance with the statutory period of 24 months. This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights. Nocap is not liable for any indirect damage arising after delivery of the product to the customer.

9. Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Nocap within a reasonable period, fully and clearly described, after the customer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted to Nocap will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, Nocap will respond within the 14-day period with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.

10. Applicable Law

All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply, as well as these terms and conditions themselves, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

From time to time, it may be necessary to amend these Terms and Conditions. We advise customers to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
