At Nocap, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality clothing & accessories that meet their expectations for comfort and style. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be processed by sending an email to info@wearnocap.com

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period, allowing customers to return their package without providing any reason. This 14-day window begins when the package is received.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned to us in an unworn, unwashed condition suitable for resale, with all tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

• For sale items, Nocap does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or converted to store credit.
• For 1+1 deals store credit cannot be provided if only one of the two items is returned. Items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you wish to exchange only one item, return the one you want to exchange while keeping the other.

Return Costs

Return shipments are at the customer's expense and vary depending on the courier and the country of return. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Return Processing Time

If you indicate during registration that you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll begin the process immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. Using the tracking number provided with your return, you can see when your package arrives at our warehouse. From that point, the 10-business-day processing period begins. After your refund is issued, you will be notified. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
